Shipping & Returns
· Order Processing
Orders are typically filled and shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your package. If there are any problems or concerns you will be contacted immediately.
· Shipping Fees
USPS standard shipping is the default shipment method I use and the cost varies for each item. If you'd like to have an item sent to you via express mail or through another form of shipment please contact me directly at [email protected]
I am not responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged while in transit. Insurance is available upon request at an additional charge. Insurance prices depend upon the value of the item(s) ordered. If you would like to add insurance to your order please contact us at [email protected]
I do try to accommodate my customers, if you are located in the Boston area there is a possibility that I can waive the shipping costs by setting up a direct pick-up location. This may not always be possible due to scheduling issues.
· Returns
Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any item, for a full store credit. The item(s) must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We will notify you via email of your store credit once we have received and processed the returned item.
Clearance/Sale items are final sale. NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT
Packing and Sending Your Return
1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. We recommend you can use the original box the items arrived in. You may use another box if you prefer.
2. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. Ship items directly to our store. The store address can be found on our web site or on the original packing slip (receipt).
3. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.
